The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and proactive Social Media and Community Manager to join our team. This role combines social media strategy, content execution, influencer and partner collaboration, and performance analysis across multiple B2C casino brands. You will work closely with Digital Marketing, CRM, Design, and Content teams to ensure social media channels support brand growth, community engagement, and acquisition goals.



Key Responsibilities:

As a Social Media and Community Manager at The Multiple Group, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of multiple casino brands, ensuring strong engagement, brand consistency, and measurable performance across all platforms.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as X, Instagram, Telegram, and others
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
  • Create and oversee engaging social content including posts, threads, memes, and interactive formats tailored to each brand’s voice
  • Collaborate with Design, CRM, and other Marketing teams to produce high-performing social media campaigns
  • Manage and grow brand communities by interacting with users, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations
  • Identify and manage influencer, streamer, and partner collaborations to expand brand reach and credibility
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social formats to keep brands competitive
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all social channels.


 Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts across major social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and community management
  • Experience working with influencers, streamers, or affiliate partners
  • Ability to plan and execute structured content calendars and campaign activations
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write in native-level English
  • Fluency in German (native level preferred) is an advantage but not required
  • Experience using AI tools for content and design ideation
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines consistently


Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working in iGaming (casino or sportsbook) brands
  • Understanding of online gaming communities and influencer ecosystems
  • Basic knowledge of content production processes including short-form video and meme formats
  • Basic knowledge of CRM campaign creation
