As a Slovak Speaking Sales Agent you will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist players using the site for activity increase, retention and reactivation.
Requirements:
- An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers
- A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions.
- A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
- Native Slovak and Fluent English
- An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry
- Target oriented and driven by achieving goals
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making daily outbound calls and follow ups
- Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products
- Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering
- Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood and
- Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support
