Responsibilities:
- Build an inspiring team environment and set clear, achievable goals aligned with our culture and KPIs.
- Act as a communication ambassador, ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow
- Guarantee regulatory and contractual standards are not just met but exceeded.
- Foster positive and engaging relationships with your team members to help them thrive.
- Actively contribute to ARRISE’s growth and success.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- At least 6 months of experience in the company
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Package)
- Ability to prioritize and deliver results on time
- Collaborative and proactive, not afraid to have difficult conversations
