We are looking for a Service Operations Engineer to join our dynamic Technical Operations Group.

What You'll Do

• Research and report issues found on customer environments
• Provide Tier 3 support services to customers QA entities and third-party integrators
• Monitor, and be responsible for the progress of all issues/bugs reported
• Collaborate with different Departments, R&D, and Customer Support teams to address product issues in complex environments
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, offer strong support, and reduce blocking issues to R&D
• Prioritize daily missions/tickets and address critical customer concerns

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years experience in manual web testing or 3rd/4th level support position – An advantage
• Strong understanding of web and web-related technologies and Client/Server applications
• Experience with Web debugging tools
• Previous experience in SQL
• Strong fixing and problem-solving skills
• Working day during normal business hours (from 9 to 17.00 or from 10 to 18.00 + on call duties) During on call week the working schedule is 13.00 – 21.00 CET.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passionate about customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hard-working, responsible, meticulous, diligent, independent
