Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Desk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to our employees all over the world.
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in system administration
Experience in cloud solutions support
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain documentation and asset records
Willingness to learn new technologies
Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of macOS and Windows
Knowledge of user account, group, and access management in cloud services (Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub, AWS)
Basic understanding of networking technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
Experience with remote access systems
Experience working with ticketing systems
Basic Linux skills (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with VPN, LDAP
- Administration skills in Atlassian, AWS, GitHub, MDM
- English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and written communication
- A proactive approach and clear career ambitions
The importance of the role is in:
Setting up workstations for new employees and advising them on hardware usage
Providing remote and on-site technical support for employees
Procuring, delivering, returning, repairing, and auditing IT equipment
Configuring and maintaining the IT infrastructure (hardware, system software, applications)
Managing system permissions and user accounts
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues
Preparing instructional materials and conducting employee training
Managing software licenses
Participating in IT projects aimed at improving user experience and implementing new technologies
Ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies
