Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in Greystanes, NSW, Australia. This role is vital to maintaining accurate service contract administration and providing essential support to our field staff and service department management. What You'll Do
Complete Monthly and ad hoc billings for both internal and external customers.
Manage Service Support Dashboards, and run daily reports to update machine databases within our record keeping system
Investigate billing enquiries and generate credit notes where applicable.
Create and maintain customer contracts within our Systems.
Apply increases to invoicing and monitor all contracts to ensure correct pricing is maintained.
Provide support to the Service department including reporting, rostering and general enquiries.
Work together with the Call Centre in assisting the team where needed
Provide support for the field technicians
Support Customer Online Portal
General administrative duties as required, this could include arranging travel, meetings, PO’s expenses
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration and customer service.
Proven experience in process building and review.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent teaming skills with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify areas of concern quickly.
High-level oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a drive to completion and resolution.
