The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing, monitoring, optimising and reporting on SEO campaign initiatives. The role requires someone who can think out the box and execute optimisation tactics that align with our business objectives.

What you’ll do
The SEO specialist is responsible for creating, coordinating and implementing SEO strategies for the business. The correct person will be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. This role requires working closely with the rest of the SEO team (SEO Manager, Link Builders, Developers, Technical SEO Specialist and Copy Coordinator) to ensure that the goals of the business are achieved.
Specific duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
Conduct thorough website audits across content and technical areas to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
Collaborate with in-country teams to ensure local SEO authority.
Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.
Guide in-country stakeholders on SEO best practices.
Work with the relevant country managers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on newly developed initiatives and existing websites.
Collaborate with content writers and content coordinators to optimise existing content and develop new content that targets relevant keywords and topics to improve user engagement.
Regularly analyse competitor SEO strategies and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Focus on enhancing overall user experience by ensuring websites are easy to navigate and provide valuable content.

Marketing, Communications or IT Diploma or relevant qualification.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an SEO environment.
Passion for SEO and proven SEO igaming and overall internet marketing experience.
SEO certifications will be advantageous.
Strong project management skills.Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems.
Ability to foster strong relationships at various levels.
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.Familiarity with web analytics and data interpretation.
Experience working with technology such as Screaming Frog, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Ability to work within regulated environments and follow strict compliance and approval processes.

In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulationsFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
