Responsibilities:

• Willingness and ability to work in a team;

Requirements:  

• Seniority within the department above one year.
• No disciplinary records for the last year.
• KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) achieved for the past 6 months.
• Positive feedback from other roles.
• Problem solving.
• Achieving deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Training Department processes and procedures.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality training materials.
