Playtech's Infrastructure Unit is looking for a skilled Senior Technical Project Manager who combines technical understanding, ownership and strong communications skills to join the team in Ukraine. 

Your influential mission. You will...

• Create detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify the resources needed and develop a schedule to track progress.
• Ensure that every project has standardized entry and gatekeeping of project goals and requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Identify potential risks and create contingency plans.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
• maintain clear and constant communication with stakeholders regarding project status.
• Oversee the development, testing, implementation and documentation of the technical project to ensure it meets the project objectives.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Guide and support the project team to help them work effectively and meet project deadlines.

Components for success. You... 

• Have previous experience working in a hands-on technical position.
• Have at least 3 years of experience managing technical projects.
• Bring an understanding of the development of distributed systems.
• Are familiar with project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum etc.
• Have an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders, from tech members to executive.
• Take ownership of your own work.
• Bring leadership, problem-solving, organizational and negation skills.

You'll get extra points for...

• Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.

The Infrastructure Unit plays a key role in driving technical projects and cross-functional collaboration across the business. The team focuses on structured delivery, stakeholder alignment and ensuring that technical initiatives are executed efficiently and with high quality. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will join an international environment and contribute to the successful delivery of impactful projects.
