How you'll be part of the action

As a Senior Security Engineer, you’ll act as a trusted technical lead and escalation point within the team. Reporting to the Security Engineer Lead, you’ll work across platforms and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions while mentoring engineers and strengthening our enterprise security posture.

• Lead design and optimisation of security platforms across enterprise environments
• Drive incident response and act as escalation point for complex investigations
• Guide engineers and stakeholders on secure implementation and best practices
• Improve detection, response and automation across security tooling environments
• Collaborate with architects to embed security into business systems delivery
• Identify control gaps and lead evaluation of new tools and capabilities

• Experienced across enterprise security tools including monitoring and endpoint protection platforms
• Proven ability to lead incident response and manage technical escalation effectively
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Ability to design and improve secure solutions across diverse environments
• Demonstrated capability mentoring others and collaborating across teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-moving environments
