Imagine Live is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, and negotiation skills as well as interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. We are seeking a candidate who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain existing clients. The candidate should also have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in igaming sales, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to expand the customer base
- Manage and maintain existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits and features of products and services
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Meet and exceed sales targets through the development of sales strategies, prospecting, and lead generation
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in iGaming industry
- Fluency in Russian and English languages
- Good knowledge of the Armenian language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry and market trends
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
