OVERVIEW
Working within Sportradar’s Global Partnerships & Content team, the Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s existing important relationship with their allocated partnerships and establishing new partnerships as per Portfolio plan.
The role demands a forward-thinking and commercially focused professional with superior relationship building and account management skills as well as a deep level of understanding of coordinating and overseeing complex accounts, with an understanding of the sports and/or betting industry.
It requires the credibility and authority to process, handle and resolve complex issues, dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

THE ROLE
Grow the relationship with sport partners: Represent Sportradar to sport partners (leagues, federations, right holders) and educate them on the latest betting and sport technology trends with special focus on on the company’s latest developments in tech and services.
Manage the existing partnerships: Understand and answer partners’ current and future needs to help them grow to build a common long-term vision. Assure that all aspects of the partnership are delivered by each party. Maintain regular and open communication with partner to grow the relationship and update them on latest solutions developed.
Lead the rights acquisition: analyze the performance and relevance of the content for the company's long-term strategy. Align and manage all internal (and potential external) stakeholders to build the most comprehensive and competitive offer to the partner.
Maintain company standards and processes: make sure all the processes designed by the content unit are followed in your day-to-day work to guarantee a high quality in the partnership management. Assure all requirements (financials, compliance etc.) associated with the partnership are fulfilled. Have regular alignment with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver the best service and share partner feedback.
