What You’ll Be Driving:
- Creating, Executing, and Maintaining detailed test cases and test scripts for various testing phases, including functional, regression, and integration testing;
- Developing and Maintaining test scripts or test scenarios to enhance testing efficiency and coverage;
- Identifying, Documenting, and Tracking software defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution and verification;
- Working collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software quality;
- Assisting in developing and updating test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage;
- Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and testing procedures;
- Ensuring the software meets quality standards by conducting thorough testing and validation;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the QA process, tools, and methodologies;
- Troubleshooting and Resolving issues encountered during testing, working closely with the development team;
- Communicating test results, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on quality objectives.

- Manual Testing Approaches/Methodologies: Advanced proficiency in a range of manual testing strategies, including detailed regression, stress, and load testing;
- Understanding in conducting thorough testing across complex application environments, ensuring comprehensive coverage and identifying potential system vulnerabilities early in the development cycle;
- Testing Tools: Deep understanding of using basic functionalities of manual testing tools for test case management and defect tracking;
- Proficiency in utilizing sophisticated manual testing tools to manage and execute complex testing scenarios, including integration with automation tools to enhance testing efficiency;
- Advanced reporting skills, able to provide insights and detailed analysis of bugs and test results;
- Mobile Testing: Proficient in conducting comprehensive manual testing of mobile applications across various platforms (iOS, Android, and cross-platform). Skilled in identifying usability issues, functional bugs, and integration errors;
- Experienced in utilizing mobile-specific testing tools and environments to simulate real-world usage and assess app performance under different conditions;
- Problem Solving and Communication: Proficient in analyzing test results to identify recurring software issues and developing strategies to mitigate them;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to gather feedback and clarify issue specifics to ensure thorough understanding;
- Knowledge of SLA requirements and the ability to ensure that processes deliverables meet or exceed established service standards;
- Fluent in Ukrainian language;
- Intermediate+ English level.
