We are looking for a Senior Proposition Manager - Casino to lead the development and optimisation of the Casino proposition, creating engaging customer experiences that drive acquisition, retention, customer value and market differentiation.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Own the Casino proposition strategy and roadmap.
- Lead development of games, promotions, customer experiences and proposition enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to grow active players, frequency and spend.
- Work with Product and Technology teams to prioritise delivery.
- Analyse customer behaviour and performance metrics to improve proposition effectiveness.
- Develop business cases for proposition investment and innovation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and CRM to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging market trends.
- Ensure propositions are aligned to commercial objectives and customer needs.
What’s needed for success – Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in proposition, gaming, product or commercial management and Casino (Slots & Live Casino) knowledge preferable.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and engagement drivers.
- Commercially focused with proven delivery of growth initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
