ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Live Casino Product Team. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, from planning through to implementation and go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, communicate progress and risks, and drive efficient execution across all project phases. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment combining live studio operations with digital innovation.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge business requirements with company goals and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Proactively supervise and implement project plans to ensure project is on-schedule and on-budget.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate and support project teams.
  • Ensure quality assurance for project deliverables.
  • Support account management team with communication to the customer as well as representing the company whenever required.
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, infrastructure, or physical environment delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Background in iGaming, broadcasting, live events, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
  • Academic background in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
