Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Platform Department.
The Senior Product Owner will work alongside multiple stakeholders within the Engineering and Business teams and will play a key role in managing the iGaming Platform and its various components, ensuring they are scalable, cost-efficient, robust, and reliable.
In collaboration with various stakeholders, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and initiatives within the company roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions that align with Client needs and Business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders within the GiG business teams to define and own the product vision and roadmap.
- Drive the delivery of the roadmap with the development teams in agile iterations whilst making sure that the maximum business value is achieved by aligning with the product strategy.
- Own, plan and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is always managed and groomed appropriately .
- Assess business value and assist stakeholders to develop business cases that align with strategic initiatives.
- Collect and define user centric requirements to ensure the best possible user experience within our products.
- Collate business requirement documentation whilst ensuring their sign off together with supporting designs and tech solutions.
- Break down deliverables into user stories, with detailed acceptance criteria along with any work flows and wireframes.
- Identify any cross domain requirements and collaborate with other product owners within the organization, ensuring that end-to-end solutions are delivered as a whole.
- Have an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Be instrumental in the final sign off of features and products before they go to market.
- Conduct any release planning and update stakeholders with the status of deliverables.
- Keep the development team engaged and motivated.
- Research and analyze the market, the users, ensuring that our products always remain competitive.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a product role working closely with software development teams
- 3+ years of experience in the Gambling industry
- Strong product experience within Agile environments and exposure to different frameworks (Particularly scrum)
- Ability in balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Effective communication and adaptability to different stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate and protect business value delivery
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Autonomy and leadership
- English is a must, Spanish a plus
