About the Tribe Access

The Access Tribe ensures that every bettor can easily and reliably access our odds offer. Within this Tribe, the Game Play Squad plays a crucial role: it manages the entire lifecycle of the odds — from their creation and population by traders, to their behavior on the platform both pre-match and live.
This is a mission-critical team for Betclic’s core business, operating at the intersection of real-time data, risk management, and player experience.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of key features that shape how our users interact with odds in pre-match and live.
You’ll collaborate with traders, engineers, designers, data scientists, and other PMs to deliver a seamless, performant, and trustworthy experience for millions of bettors.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, strong discovery skills, and experience building high-reliability products where pricing accuracy and system resilience are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand user needs, market dynamics, and trader workflows, turning insights into actionable product opportunities.
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Game Play Squad, aligning with company objectives and Tribe Access priorities.
  • Monitor and improve the lifecycle of odds and the user experience with it.
  • Collaborate with GenAI teams to explore and integrate intelligent solutions that enhance prediction accuracy, anomaly detection, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with PO and Engineering managers to ensure scalability, robustness, and compliance with real-time data and regulatory constraints.
  • Define and track success metrics (availability, latency, conversion, financial impact) to continuously improve product performance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in sportsbetting, fintech, trading, top market places or high-risk transactional platforms.
  • Proven track record in product discovery, from hypothesis framing to experiment execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Amplitude, Tableau and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of real-time systems, data-driven decision making, and complex business domains.
  • Curiosity and techsavvyness for mobile apps and mobile UX is a real plus.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components into product features or workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to align business, tech, and operations teams around a shared vision.
  • Passion for sports is mandatory!
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Benoît Rabault will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).

You will then have a deeper interview with Chloé Martinot, your future manager, where you will explain your past experiences in details.

You will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Then you will work on a case study and present it to Chloé Martinot (Head of Product), Maxime Millet (Product Manager in the tribe) and Matthieu Navarro (Lead Designer Sports)

The final round will be an interiew by Martin Houdbine, SportsBook Director.

Finally, Benoît Rabault will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
