Senior Product Manager (Bet LiveStreams)

Stats Perform is seeking an experienced, strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager (Bet LiveStreams), this is a full-time position that we are looking to hire in one of the following locations: London – UK, Graz – Austria, Prague – Czech or Katowice – Poland, or Madrid – Spain.

Bet LiveStreams delivers 24/7 live sports video streams designed specifically with bettors in mind, powering immersive and highly engaging sports betting experiences for hundreds of sportsbooks and millions of users worldwide. With innovative features like Opta Interactive Overlays— which enables bettors to view live odds, add bets to their betslip, and access rich, real-time team and player stats without ever leaving the stream—we’re redefining what live streaming means in the betting world and shaping the future of in-play engagement.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, AI, Rights, Sales, Technology, and Marketing teams, and act as the go-to person for all features related to our world-class Bet LiveStreams product.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for Bet LiveStreams, guiding the development of both current and future features that drive growth and engagement.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Product Managers dedicated to delivering innovative, AI-driven betting experiences at scale.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from early discovery and ideation to experimentation, launch, iteration, and long-term optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with fellow Product Managers to exchange insights, incorporate the latest advanced data, align roadmaps, and continuously evolve Bet LiveStreams.
• Work closely with our AI and Innovation teams to conceptualize cutting-edge features and seamlessly integrate emerging data and technologies.
• Drive user engagement and retention by delivering features that enhance betting experiences, offer meaningful context to users, and boost overall satisfaction.
• Participate directly in user research to uncover bettor and client behaviors, needs, and motivations—pairing qualitative insights with quantitative data to guide product decisions.
• Create comprehensive product and go-to-market documentation, including Strategic Initiatives, Product Deliverables, and execution plans.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, ensuring Bet LiveStreams remains at the forefront of innovation in the betting space.
• Champion the voice of the user to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and personalized experience across platforms and devices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on video streaming, fan engagement, and betting content.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a group of high-performing Product Managers.
• In-depth knowledge of the sports betting landscape, including evolving industry trends and the motivations, preferences, and behaviors of bettors.
• Experience in sports and/or technology industries strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to define product vision and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of video delivery technologies, including adaptive bitrate streaming, CDNs, encoding/decoding, and DRM.
• Track record of shipping successful products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
