Let’s start with the role 

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our creative team and play a crucial role in improving and evolving our platform and products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX team and drive the UX research process to gather insights, understand user needs, and translate findings into effective design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and brand designers to ensure seamless integration of branding with platform design.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system that supports scalability and ease of use across web and mobile applications.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile apps, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the overall product strategy. 
• Use Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products, continuously improving and evolving our design approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX designs and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in using Figma and other design tools.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
