We’re looking for a sharp, high-agency Senior Data Analystto become the analytical powerhouse for our Growth & Experience Tribe. This role is embedded within the team driving user activation, engagement retention via experimentation and personalization for more than 1M users, daily - with direct influence on how we build onboarding flows, betting & gaming experiences, and player journeys.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and design leads, helping us find and validate the biggest growth levers across our sports, casino products, broader entertainment portfolio and drive meaningful personalization for millions of users.
What You’ll Do
Growth Leverage & Product Insights
- Model and quantify the impact of new product features and initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the prioritization of our product roadmap
- Analyze user journeys (e.g. Reg → FTD, Deposit → Repeat Bet) to identify high-opportunity drop-off points
- Analyze customer behavior and product usage, to improve our understanding of what drives retention
- Define key performance indicators, tracking events, and engagement metrics that align with business goals and product objectives
Personalization Analytics
- Help shape our personalization roadmap with data insights: size opportunities, simulate segment impact, and support model evaluation
- Guide instrumentation for personalized surfaces like onboarding flows, “For You” homepages, and targeted cross-sell offers
- Drive experimentation of various personalization models in partnership with ML/AI teams
Experimentation Leadership
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B/n and multi-variate tests across onboarding, cross-sell, homepage personalization, and other surfaces and measure their effectiveness in driving business outcomes
Communication and Influence
- Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive informed decision-making
- Be a thought leader/partner in driving a data-informed culture of decision making
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years' experience in product data science or growth analytics
- Master's degree in relevant domain (good to have)
- Strong experience around analytical concepts such as conversion, LTV, cohort analysis, retention, RFM segmentation, etc.
- Deep expertise in experiment design, causal inference, and metric definition
- Strong command of SQL and Python (or R) for analysis and visualization/communication
- Ability to tell a clear story/drive interpretations while working with messy data
- Ability to influence PMs and engineers alike
