Your Team: 

The Engineering Excellence Team is for engineers who build the systems that power everything else. No product tickets. No UI tweaks. No support loops. You’ll create the tools, standards, and frameworks that make every development team faster and stronger.

How You’ll Make an Impact:  

• Participate in the design and decision-making processes for technical solutions 

• Apply best practices in software engineering to minimize tech debt 

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software issues with a hands-on approach 

• Mentor and train new team members to build a stronger engineering force 

• Bring a blend of design and business insight to your daily work 

• Commit to quality, performance, continuous improvement, and efficiency 

• Collaborate with various dev teams to deliver an exceptional product 

Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy. 

 Who You Are:  

• 5+ years working with PHP for server-side development 

• Language: Fluent in English (essential for seamless communication) 

• Architecture Expert: Solid grasp of architecture on both theoretical and applied levels 

• PHP Proficiency: Advanced skills in PHP and OOP patterns 

• Framework Familiarity: Experience with Phalcon or Symfony frameworks 

• Real-Time Solutions: Skilled with real-time tech including Sockets, Queues, distributed data streams, and APIs 

• Full-Stack Knowledge: Understanding of the full web stack and how each layer impacts performance and reliability 

• Database Design: Strong expertise in both Relational and NoSQL databasеs 

Bonus Skills That Make You Even More Magical:  

• Experience with Node.js 

• Messaging & Streaming: Familiar with Queues like RabbitMQ and data streaming with Kafka 

• Caching Solutions: Knowledge of Redis and Memcached
