Senior People Analytics Specialist – Systems & Administration

As our Senior People Analytics Specialist, reporting to the Group Manager People Systems & Reporting, you will support the People & Performance team by enabling data-driven workforce decisions through the delivery of clear people insights that align with The Star’s vision and strategic objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change through analytical insights and foster a culture transformation aligned with our strategic goals.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an effective people analytics strategy in alignment with the organisation’s goals.
  • Gather, organize and analyse data from various sources to support people analytics initiatives.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
  • Analyse data and provide insights to people and labour trends within property and corporate business units
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
  • Provide data analytics for people metrics reports and board papers
  • Collaborate with IT, HR functions and business units to ascertain and understand specific data requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science/Analytics, Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis & reporting preferably in HR or people-related field
  • Experience with programming and systems such as Power BI, SQL, and HR systems
  • Advanced in Excel, Power BI and knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
