The role

Reporting to the GM – Risk & Compliance, the Senior Manager Policy, Governance & BCP leads enterprise governance, policy management, risk systems, and business continuity across Tabcorp. You’ll shape how risk is managed, how disruption is prepared for, and how leaders make informed decisions — driving consistency, clarity and resilience across the organization. Specifically, you will:

• Lead risk and compliance frameworks, policies and standards end-to-end
• Oversee the policy lifecycle, from design through to adoption and review
• Own and enhance risk systems to improve insight and decision-making
• Lead business continuity and crisis management frameworks enterprise-wide
• Partner executives and teams to strengthen risk culture and awareness
• Support Board reporting and governance forums with clear, decision-ready insights

What you'll need to succeed

You’re a confident and pragmatic risk professional who brings clarity to complexity and builds trust at every level. You’re comfortable influencing senior leaders, leading teams and shaping frameworks that make a real impact across a large, regulated organization. You’ll also possess:

• Experience in risk, compliance, audit or assurance environments
• Proven ability to lead governance frameworks and policy development
• Strong capability influencing executives and governance forums
• Experience building and embedding business continuity frameworks
• Ability to lead teams and build risk capability across organisations
• Skill in improving systems and driving data-informed decision-making
