About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Marketing Procurement to help shape and elevate our world-class Procurement function. This is a key role within our newly established Global Procurement organization, where you’ll partner closely with our Marketing teams across media, affiliates, creative, and ad platforms to drive commercial efficiency, compliance, and value creation.

You Will Be Responsible For:
- Lead end-to-end Marketing category management, covering sourcing strategy, supplier selection, RFx execution, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Develop category strategies that deliver cost efficiency, innovation, and long-term value across Media, Creative, and MarTech suppliers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Finance stakeholders to align budgets, track ROI, and ensure optimal investment decisions.
- Analyse and classify Marketing spend data to identify savings opportunities, improve efficiency, and strengthen spend governance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with agencies and media suppliers, ensuring optimal commercial terms (rate cards, rebates, KPIs, and performance models).
- Conduct market and price benchmarking, performance reviews, and supplier ROI analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Build and nurture strategic supplier partnerships, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, pricing, and spend data to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Our Successful Candidate Will Have:
- 7–10+ years of Procurement or Category Management experience, with deep exposure to Marketing, Media, or MarTech spend.
- Proven experience negotiating media agency, affiliate, and programmatic advertising contracts and performance-based commercial models.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, media buying, and the agency ecosystem.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to model ROI, TCO, and support budget allocation decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, engaging confidently with senior Marketing and Finance leaders.
- Sound contracting knowledge (MSA, SOW, SLA, NDAs, etc.).
- Proficiency with Procurement and analytics tools
