What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the ANZ Gaming Sales and Service leadership team to deliver proactive strategic and practical financial support, perspectives, and recommendations to meet business objectives.

  • Carry out unbiased and pertinent analysis and modeling to assist in formulating annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.

  • Manage the planning and forecasting procedures for the ANZ Gaming sector, guaranteeing excellent results and reporting accuracy.

  • Coordinate the ANZ Gaming business GL close process for the commercial team, including reporting actual results.

  • Complete the annual target setting process for the Sales Incentive program.

  • Take ownership of the Strategic Account business partnering, collaborating with the Global Strategic Accounts team.

  • Work closely with ANZ Service business leaders to supply commercial finance support, insights, and recommendations, achieving short and long-term business objectives, including Optimization program outcomes.

  • Work collaboratively with other regional finance teams, corporate finance, sales, commercial strategy, operations, and marketing.

  • Drive continuous improvement of business performance through accurate financial information and mentorship.

  • Find opportunities to enhance efficiency and boost quality, offering trend analysis for forecasting, critical metric analysis, and argument evaluations.

  • Lead business initiatives and change management programs.

  • Leading all aspects of compliance with relevant internal policies and procedures, coordinating the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and management reports.

  • Coordinate financials, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis, and lead all aspects of the delivery of standard financial reporting.

  • Mentor, motivate, and provide input into the appraisal of team members.

  • Role models Aristocrat behaviors and support mentoring of non-finance personnel in commercial efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • CA/CPA is preferred, although not mandatory.

  • 10+ years post-qualification experience and 5+ years at Manager level or above.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools (e.g., TM1, Hyperion, Anaplan).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of explaining intricate details to non-technical collaborators.

  • Ability to independently prioritise and align with key collaborators.

  • Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and planning.

  • Experience in process mapping and developing arguments.

  • Ability to analyze complex financial data, generate insights, and implement changes to improve business performance.

  • A great teammate with a customer-centric approach and a strong focus on risk management.

  • Previous experience in the gaming industry is preferred, though not mandatory.
