Hey there, Future Senior Manager, Affiliate Partnerships @ Better Collective!

Our Mission is to be the world’s leading digital sports media company, making sports entertainment more engaging and transparent for fans worldwide. At Better Collective, we're the team behind industry-leading brands like BolaVIP, Action Network, HLTV, and Playmaker. Our popular podcasts and shows include The Big Podcast with Shaquille O’Neal, The Roommates Podcast with Jaylin and Josh from the New York Knicks, and Unapologetically Angel with Angel Reese. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative accounting professional who wants to join a fast-growing global team where your work will help shape how millions of sports fans connect with the content they love.

This role is for you if you’re energized by improving processes, love working across teams, and thrive in a hybrid, international environment. You’ll get the chance to leave your mark on how we operate and grow, bringing clarity and insight to our finance operations. If you want a role where you can make a real impact, help us scale smart, and work alongside down-to-earth colleagues, this is it.

How You'll Make an Impact
Here are some of the ways you’ll contribute to our mission:

  • Own and Expand Partnerships: Manage and grow relationships with top-tier sportsbook, casino, and fantasy brands to meet and exceed revenue and strategic objectives.
  • Source and Close New Deals: Identify commercial opportunities, negotiate contracts, and sign strong partnerships with leading iGaming operators.
  • Data-Led Optimization: Use performance data to drive partner campaigns, improve conversion metrics, and boost campaign outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with content, SEO, product, legal, and design teams to launch compelling and compliant partner initiatives.
  • Industry Expertise: Monitor market and regulatory trends in North American iGaming to keep our strategies intelligent and competitive.
  • Strategic Planning: Support QBRs, forecasts, business cases, and strategic reviews with impactful recommendations.

The Ideal Profile: Is This You?
Here’s what helps people succeed in this role:

  • 3-5+ years in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships, ideally in iGaming, sports betting, or fantasy.
  • Deep understanding of North American iGaming and digital sports media.
  • Proven experience managing high-value partner relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn KPIs and performance data into actionable insights.
  • Comfort handling multiple deals and priorities in a fast-moving setting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for sports, online gaming, and digital innovation.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with affiliate-led monetization models or performance media.
