About the Role

An exciting opportunity now exists to join our Finance Team as a Senior Management Accountant where you’ll partner with senior leaders, influence decisions and shape business performance.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Wagering & Media, this is a true business partnering role where you’ll challenge thinking and help drive performance across a core revenue-generating division. Therefore, you will:

• Deliver month-end, half-year and year-end financial reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
• Deliver commercial insights and financial analysis to support decision-making
• Acti as a trusted partner to business leaders to drive performance and accountability
• Identify risks and opportunities and providing proactive recommendations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes

This role is based in our Sydney CBD (Sussex Street) office.

About You

You’re a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a business partnering environment and enjoys translating numbers into insight. You’re confident engaging senior stakeholders, challenging thinking, and helping shape better decisions. You’ll bring:

• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Proven ability to deliver insights that drive business performance
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong analytical capability with attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Ideally, but not essential, you’ll also have

• CA / CPA qualification
• Experience in wagering, entertainment or a related industry
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion (SmartView) or similar ERP systems
