ENTER THE GAME

Within the HR Group Department, you will play a key role in structuring and elevating Betclic’s learning offer.

As a Senior Instructional Designer/Learning Program Manager, you will bring a strong pedagogical vision and ensure the consistency, quality, and impact of all learning programs across the organization.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this context, your missions are as follows:

  • Develop and implement a coherent pedagogical framework for all internal learning programs.
  • Work closely with operational teams to understand business challenges and identify training needs.
  • Design and formalize learning pathways, ensuring that messages and knowledge are clear, structured, and aligned with company strategy.
  • Challenge subject-matter experts to extract what’s essential and transform expertise into engaging and accessible learning experiences.
  • Ensure coherence and articulation between different modules and programs.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training materials and digital content (in partnership with external providers or internal trainers).
  • Pilot and monitor learning projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and pedagogical impact.
  • Measure and continuously improve the effectiveness of the programs (feedback, learning analytics, ROI).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


We are looking for an experienced and inspiring professional with a strong learning mindset and an eye for pedagogy.

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, HR Development, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in learning design, corporate training, or learning program management in an international context.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured and scalable learning programs.
  • Proven track record in managing transversal projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent pedagogical, analytical, and editorial skills.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Curious, proactive, and passionate about helping people grow through learning.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is selected, Elodie will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes).
  • You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities.
  • You will meet Julie, Head of People Acquisition & Experience 
  • You will be given a case study to work on to present to your future manager and stakeholders
  • Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test.

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks .
