Role Purpose
We're looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager to join our People Services team in Leeds on a fixed term basis. This role leads our HR Shared Services Centre and Change Management team, overseeing operational delivery and complex organisational change initiatives, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and reorganisations. You'll partner closely with global teams, ensuring activity is legally compliant, people-centred, and aligned to business goals.
