ENTER THE GAME

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you are a key strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and sustainable performance across your scope. You play a critical role in aligning business ambitions with impactful people decisions.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to Directors and VPs on organization, talent, and performance topics
  • Support organization design and operating model evolution
  • Drive workforce planning aligned with business priorities and budget
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and key talent identification
  • Support managers on performance management and complex HR situations
  • Monitor engagement and support action plans to improve team health
  • Support change management initiatives and help teams navigate organizational transformations
  • Ensure strong governance on compensation and people processes
  • Contribute to HR frameworks (job architecture, career paths, skills)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You have more than 10 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, international environment
  • You are comfortable advising senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C-level)
  • You have strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and HR governance
  • You thrive in dynamic and demanding environments. You are agile and adaptable
  • You are a driving force and a source of new ideas. You thrive in a team environment.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
  • You have excellent communication and influencing skills
  • You are data-driven and able to translate insights into actions
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written)

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is shortlisted, a recruiter will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
  • Next, you will meet your future manager, followed by another senior stakeholder.
  • About two weeks later, you will take part in a business case discussion with one of our HR leaders.
  • Finally, the recruiter will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
