Let’s start with the role
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will act as a strategic advisor to our leaders and a key enabler of business success through people. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong, trusted relationships, and brings clarity and structure to complex challenges. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape organizational design, drive leadership effectiveness, and embed a culture of performance, development, and accountability. At its core, this role is about translating business ambition into impactful people strategies that help our teams grow and thrive.
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will:
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals and market realities;
- Lead and drive change across the business, ensuring organizational structures and talent are aligned for future success;
- Shape and execute strategic workforce planning, leadership bench strength, and succession initiatives;
- Influence and coach senior stakeholders, supporting them through growth, transformation, and ambiguity;
- Leverage data and insights to diagnose organizational health and inform strategic decisions;
- Contribute to performance, compensation, and engagement cycles by providing insights, reviewing proposals, and supporting leadership in follow-up actions;
- Use feedback tools (e.g., engagement surveys) to identify opportunities and support leaders in shaping targeted action plans;
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent, Reward, L&D) to co-create integrated and forward-thinking solutions;
- Embed a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and high performance.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR advisory role;
- Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership in complex, high-growth environments;
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate commercial objectives into people strategies;
- Track record of leading organizational change and transformation initiatives;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action;
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills;
- Global experience and comfort operating in matrixed or multi-market environments are a plus;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
