Description:
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. A successful Senior HR Business Partner will c
ollaborate with departments to ensure the implementation of HR processes in
accordance with existing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure the implementation of the HR strategy.
  • Carry out actions aimed at increasing employee retention and loyalty.
  • Generate reports and present them to management.
  • Prepare and regularly update job descriptions.
  • Work with talent acquisition specialists to attract new employees taking into account the characteristics of the vacant position and the team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build and promote company culture, and enhance employee performance.
  • Take actions aimed at employees’ promotion and potential career development.
  • Organize promotion and position change processes for employees.
  • Support internal hiring processes and, if necessary, participate in interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing meetings during the onboarding period and ensuring timely completion of defined activities for adaptation.
  • Ensure that the new hire's desk and necessary equipment are prepared before their start date.
  • Process and analyze meeting outcomes; if necessary, prepare reports based on one-on-one meetings and present/discuss them with the relevant department head, taking steps to resolve revealed issues.
  • Coordinate and ensure the implementation of organizational structural changes within departments.


Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in HR management or other relevant field
  • 4+ years of proven work experience in HR
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
  • Proven relationship-building skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Skills in database management
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
