As a Senior Business Development Manager at Runestone.gg, you'll play a vital role in identifying and executing partnerships with TOs and publishers.
You’ll work at the intersection of esports, data infrastructure, and performance integrity, ensuring that our services create long-term valueβ€”not just revenueβ€”for the entire ecosystem.
You’ll be part of a lean, agile team where your voice matters and your efforts directly influence how our tools are used by some of the most important players in the esports industry.

Initiate and manage partnerships with tournament organizers and publishers, focusing on commercial outcomes and ecosystem value.
Drive partner conversations around performance dashboards and integrity solutions.
Negotiate and close commercial deals, working closely with internal teams to align expectations and deliverables.
Coordinate onboarding and support processes with internal ops and product teams to ensure smooth integrations.
Maintain relationships with existing partners to support renewals, upsells, and joint initiatives.
Represent Runestone at industry events and in partner meetings, advocating for a smarter, data-first approach to esports infrastructure.
Track and report on partnership pipeline, progress, and performance metrics in collaboration with leadership.

A strong understanding of the esports ecosystem, especially around TOs, publishers, and IP rights dynamics.
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, ideally in esports, games, or sports tech.
Confidence in holding commercial discussions and negotiating contracts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
With a proactive and accountable mindset, you’re able to manage your own workload while staying closely aligned with the broader team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’re the type of person people trust to get things done.
Passion for esports and a desire to help evolve it beyond surface-level monetization models.Β
