Description
Digitain is looking for a Senior Employer Branding Specialist to lead and develop our global employer brand strategy across multiple regions, including Armenia pimerely and stretching all the way to Bucharest, London, Malta, SΓ£o Paulo, Bosnia, and other international locations.
This role will be responsible for building a strong and consistent employer brand presence globally, creating meaningful content strategies, strengthening employee engagement, and positioning Digitain as an attractive workplace for current and future talent.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on content expertise and has experience working closely with HR teams, business leaders, and regional stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global employer branding strategy aligned with business goals and talent priorities
- Adapt global initiatives for regional markets while maintaining brand consistency
- Create and manage employer branding campaigns and content across LinkedIn, social media, career platforms, and internal channels
- Produce engaging content showcasing employee stories, company culture, leadership, innovation, recruitment campaigns, and regional achievements
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, marketing, and regional teams to support hiring and employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate employer branding activities and content calendars across multiple regions
- Develop employee advocacy programs and promote internal success stories
- Establish employer branding guidelines, measure campaign performance, and optimize initiatives using data and insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, content strategy, or a related field
- Experience building employer brands for international or multi-location organizations
- Experience partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent storytelling, content creation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience in IT, SaaS, HR, marketing, or other fast-growing international companies
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and talent acquisition
- Experience leading employer branding projects
