What You'll Do
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that redefines our approach to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our iGaming and content products
- Develop a comprehensive product marketing approach that leads to the development of effective sales enablement materials and strategies, product information and spec sheets, and ongoing material to support the commercialization of products. Lead a team of customer and product marketing professionals across the Aristocrat Interactive Go to Market segments, providing mentorship and encouraging a collaborative environment.
- Manage and own all customer relationships across iGaming and content verticals, working in partnership with Aristocrat Interactive customer success team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including commercial strategy, global product teams, GTM Managing Directors, analytics and more to ensure flawless strategy and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to determine opportunities and threats, adapting strategies as needed.
- Coordinate the creation and optimization of content that aligns with brand standards and engages our target audience.
- Manage and optimize annual budgets, ensuring all marketing activities deliver maximum return on investment.
- Develop metrics and benchmarks to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Present marketing plans and results to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.
- Adhere all efforts to responsible gaming practices and regulations, ensuring all marketing efforts align with industry regulations and company policies.
- Apply data-driven insights to continuously improve the efficiency of marketing campaigns.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to improve marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the iGaming or regulated casino gaming industry.12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, managing integrated teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies and measurement. Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to analyze data and draw well-informed conclusions.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to foster meaningful professional relationships both internally and externally
- Experience managing substantial budgets and delivering high return on investment on marketing spend.
- Ability to think strategically and complete tasks flawlessly.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior and trends.

Pay Range
$190,000-$250,000 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
