Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to serve as the global Application Owner for our Sales and Marketing value stream. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead our Product Owner teams and drive the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash Salesforce application strategy and roadmap. In this role, you will apply principles from process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to achieve flawless cycle times, data quality, and user experience. You will take a leading position in making sure our platform fulfills quality, operational, financial, and customer happiness targets. Working alongside Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Supply Chain, and IT, you will set policies, processes, essential metrics, and master data standards, delivering world-class scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the global Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap for Quote-to-Cash across various regions.
  • Drive process harmonization and transactional efficiency for quoting, pricing, discounting, approvals, contracting, order capture, renewals, and amendments.
  • Coordinate a global operating model and organizational design for Salesforce product teams, including follow-the-sun coverage and regional leadership.
  • Collaborate with business partners to collect requirements, prioritize backlogs, and achieve results using the Aristocrat delivery method and Lean Six Sigma practices.
  • Offer functional and technical oversight for Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ configuration.
  • Establish and govern master data and metadata standards and integration patterns with ERP/PLM/data platforms.
  • Define, monitor, and continuously improve critical metrics and communicate performance to executive collaborators.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and compliance through disciplined release management.
  • Manage vendor/partner relationships, budget, licensing, environments, and CI/CD practices.
  • Mentor and develop team capabilities in Salesforce standard processes and Six Sigma training; foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, including 7+ years on the Salesforce platform and 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive practical experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud; familiarity with Salesforce Billing and/or Orders is advantageous.
  • Proven record leading global, multi-region teams and delivering standardized processes.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required, with demonstrated success applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, integration patterns, and data governance/master data management principles.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder, and/or Application Architect).
  • Excellent communication, collaborator management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the gaming sector or other regulated fields is advantageous.

Pay Range

$236,199 - $438,656 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
