Your Team:

The Product Launch team is built for people who don’t just maintain systems but create them. We take products from zero to hero, and scale them until they’re strong enough to be handed over to core teams. No legacy constraints. No endless support cycles. Just greenfield builds, modern tech, and real ownership from day one. 

We move fast, think lean, and execute with focus, one product at a time, full commitment, full impact. Every sprint matter, every decision ship value. This is not a support team. It’s a build-from-scratch engine for products that matter, because every hero needs a superhero.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines from the ground up, enabling rapid, reliable delivery of new products in the public cloud.
• Own the infrastructure lifecycle end-to-end - from initial architecture and provisioning to scaling and optimization - using automation-first principles.
• Design and operate cloud-native, distributed systems, leveraging Kubernetes to ensure resilience, scalability, and fast iteration as products grow.
• Set up and drive real-time data capabilities using Apache Kafka, enabling new products to process and react to business-critical data streams from day one.
• Establish consistent, scalable configuration management practices across services and environments, ensuring every new product starts with a solid foundation.
• Implement observability as a core feature - building logging, monitoring, and alerting systems that provide immediate insight and support rapid decision-making.
• Continuously improve delivery speed, system reliability, and developer experience, removing friction and enabling teams to move from idea to production with minimal overhead.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams during early-stage builds, shaping infrastructure and platform decisions that directly impact product success.

Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy.

Who You Are:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Packer, and Ansible. 
• CI/CD Knowledge: Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools, including Git, Jenkins, and Microsoft Teams. 
• Apache Kafka Expertise: Proven experience with Apache Kafka, including cluster management, topic configuration, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and a strong understanding of data streaming concepts.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud. 
• OS & Networking: Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems and networking fundamentals. 
• Scripting Skills: Skilled in scripting with Python and Bash. 
• Management Processes: Knowledge of Change Management and Release Management best practices. 
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach. 
• Team Qualities: Highly motivated, responsible, dynamic, and an effective team player.
