As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll lead the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-changing environment. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Operations, driving project delivery while adapting to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving organizational structures.
Lead the planning and execution of complex, high-priority initiatives spanning multiple teams and domains, ensuring successful delivery.
Act as the central coordination point across Engineering, Product, and Operations to align stakeholders and drive execution.
Proactively identify, track, and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation strategies.
Manage dynamic team structures, supporting team reorganization based on product needs and initiative priorities.
Ensure clear visibility into progress, timelines, risks, and trade-offs, maintaining transparency with stakeholders at all levels.
Drive a strong execution culture focused on outcomes, accountability, and continuous delivery.
Leverage data and metrics to track delivery performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., workflow automation, AI-assisted analysis and reporting) to optimize delivery processes and reduce manual overhead.
Demonstrate strong ownership by taking accountability for outcomes, proactively addressing gaps, and stepping beyond defined responsibilities when necessary.
Adapt your level of involvement based on team and initiative needs, providing hands-on support or facilitation where it adds the most value.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
At least six years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager, ideally within a growing technology company.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-team projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align competing priorities and drive decision-making.
Experience operating in environments with frequent changes in priorities, scope, and team structures.
Solid understanding of software development processes and the SDLC.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks early and drive resolution.
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions and improve delivery.
Experience using AI tools for delivery optimization (e.g., AI-assisted reporting, workflow automation, data analysis tools) is a plus.
Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner, applied pragmatically, is a plus.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting/analytics tools is a plus.
Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 129,600.00 USD - 162,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
