Lead the end-to-end development of curriculum for complex learning programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.
Conduct analysis into development tools and functionality to find ways to improve efficiency in curriculum development and delivery.
Coordinate with subject matter experts, team members, and other learning professionals to secure content accuracy, relevance, and impact.
Serve as a strategic partner in curriculum planning, learning needs assessments, and trianing development for enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
Mentor other curriculum developers and contribute to team capability-building through knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Apply advanced instructional design methodologies, including adult learning theory, performance-based learning, and inclusive design practices.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across gaming operations, regulatory compliance, and other business units to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Conduct discovery activities with team members to determine the desired engagement and experience.
Apply advanced instructional design methodologies, including adult learning theory, performance-based learning, and inclusive design practices.
Analyze learner data and feedback to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness and engagement.
Stay current with industry trends, learning technologies, and innovations in AI and instructional design.

Coordinate communication with subject-matter experts, leadership team, and collaborators on project status and impediments.

Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Training, English, or a related experience.
3+ years of experience in curriculum development, preferably within the casino gaming, hospitality, or regulated industries.
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in researching and applying AI tools to instructional design and learning operations.
Demonstrated knowledge of Bloom’s taxonomy and developing assessment questions based on levels 1-3.
Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
Minimum of two-to-five years of experience in analyzing and developing technical training.
Experience using authoring tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, InDesign, Storyline, and other tools to create and update training, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Must be self-motivated and able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized.
Demonstrated strong project management skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and partner engagement skills.
Ability to work independently, work through open-ended situations, and prioritize requests.
Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Synthesia, or adaptive learning systems.
Familiarity with gaming compliance training, game operations, and customer service excellence programs.
Critical thinking and ability to align learning solutions with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving.
