Senior CRM Communications Executive
As a CRM Senior Communications Executive, you will play a key role within the Marketing Data and Comms team, part of the wider Marketing Operations function.
This role is responsible for the end -to-end build, QA and delivery of customer communications across multiple CRM channels, including email, push and SMS. Working across all Sky Betting and Gaming products, you will support commercial objectives through high-quality personalised and data-driven customer journeys.
You will bring strong technical CRM campaign execution skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to identifying improvements in how we build, test and deliver communications. You will also be confident working with stakeholders across commercial, marketing and strategy teams, helping shape briefs, challenge constructively, and drive better outcomes through continuous optimisation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
- Use a combination of HTML, CSS, Java Script and CRM campaign tools to create, edit and optimise customer communications, ensuring templates and messages are rendered correctly and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Own and champion quality control processes, ensuring communications are thoroughly tested, accurate, compliant and fit for purpose before deployment to a large customer base.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to optimise and streamline our build and delivery processes.
- Support our Leads to review campaign briefs, clarify requirements, challenge where needed, and ensure communications are aligned to objectives, audience needs and channel best practice., championing relevance and personalisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through better use of personalisation, segmentation, dynamic content and CRM capabilities.
- Drive a strong test-and-learn approach, supporting the setup and execution of A/B tests and other experiments, and embedding learnings into future campaign activity.
- Working with the management team to identify trends, concerns, or areas of opportunity within the team.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to build, QA and delivery processes, helping to increase efficiency, reduce risk and improve team output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating risks, solving problems proactively and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, strategy and operations teams, becoming a trusted point of contact for CRM delivery.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT…
- You have excellent attention to detail and a strong quality-first mindset, with experience working in environments where accuracy and robust QA are critical.
- Strong HTML, CSS and Java Script skills enabling you to comfortably build email templates from scratch to support high quality campaign delivery.
- You are confident working with stakeholders at different levels, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence, challenge and collaborate effectively.
- You are a strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting others and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- You have a strong interest in personalisation, optimisation and test-and-learn principles, and are motivated by using insight and experimentation to improve performance.
- You will have a real passion for, or interest in, the betting and gaming industry.
- You have experience working with CRM, marketing automation or campaign management platforms. Experience with tools such as Bloomreach, Braze, Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be an advantage.
- The role will also help shape the biggest and most exciting betting and gaming brands in the UK and Ireland.
- This is a pivotal role supporting the marketing teams, to ensure their campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently, being seen as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the commercial, marketing & strategy teams.
