Let’s start with the role

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Executive to drive market growth and commercial performance across assigned countries. This role combines financial ownership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustainable revenue growth and operational efficiency.

The Senior Commercial Executive will play a key strategic role in supporting the Commercial Director by ensuring operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across the Commercial department.

This position will oversee performance tracking, contract lifecycle management, and stakeholder communication, acting as a central point of coordination to drive efficiency, compliance, and business impact.

 

As a Senior Commercial Executive, you will:

  • Drive initiatives to grow market share in assigned countries
  • Support marketing and commercial budgeting, monitoring performance and P&L results
  • Review and structure key commercial agreements to maximize ROI and mitigate risk
  • Provide analysis and reporting to support commercial and product decisions
  • Align cross-functional teams (BI, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Finance, and local teams) on market strategy execution
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned markets and lead strategic projects
  • Improve commercial processes and ensure timely operational reporting

 

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in a commercial or business role within a consumer-focused digital industry (iGaming is a plus)
  • Experience working with P&L and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Understanding of online customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in international environments is a plus
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
