What's the position?

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, effective communication skills, and the ability to analyze and implement efficient systems to drive organizational success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Customer Support, Risk, and other Operations teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with the Ops Development Team, Product Owners, and Project Managers to design and deliver system solutions that enhance operational performance.

  • Support evaluation and integration of new tools and technologies to improve customer experience, case handling, and operational efficiency.

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify automation and optimization opportunities.

  • Document process flows, use cases, and system dependencies across multiple platforms.

  • Work with development and QA teams to validate that implemented solutions meet defined business requirements.

  • Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies and support go-live activities for new systems or features.

  • Provide ongoing analysis and feedback post-implementation to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain strong communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and addressed.

  • Assist in developing training materials and documentation for end-users.

  • Partner with Data and Reporting teams to validate key metrics and provide insights on operational impact.



What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, preferably in a gaming, technology, or financial services environment.

  • Strong understanding of Customer Support and Risk Operations workflows, including case management, fraud prevention, and compliance processes.

  • Experience with new system integrations, data mapping, and cross-platform process design.

  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical documentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

  • Familiarity with systems such as NATS, Socure, LexisNexis, ID Comply, Accertify, and Neccton (or similar tools) is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to driving continuous improvement across operational systems and processes.
