As a Senior Building Engineer you will ensure regulatory compliance and occupant comfort through extensive building operations experience, intermediate trade knowledge, excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining all facilities of a 5 story office building. You will maintain and preserve the life of all common area equipment, both interior and exterior, while ensuring compliance with all City, County, State, OSHA, and governmental regulations.
The weekly schedule will rotate between 7am – 3:30pm and 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday with a weekly alternating 24/7 on call expectation.
The pay range for this role is $28.00 to $35.00 per hour plus an on-call allowance.
