We’re looking for a Senior Associate Delivery Manager to become part of our growing team. As part of the delivery management team, you'll be working on various cross functional projects across the company towards achieving the company's main goals. You’ll work on challenging and complex projects in an ever-changing environment, while providing team support, learning and growth opportunities.


What you’ll do as a Senior Associate Delivery Manager

  • Manage low-medium complex projects to ensure they meet quality, schedule, scope, and budget requirements.

  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of roadmap commitments and align expectations between Product and Technology stakeholders

  • Oversee and organize different project aspects, including timelines, schedules, project team communication, risk mitigation, and issue management.

  • Provide transparent reporting on project progress, risk factors, launch plans and results

  • Balance resource limitations to maintain the highest-quality product standards while also achieving quarterly roadmap goals

  • Manage project scope, timeline, staffing, and budget.

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and serve as the primary source of information.

  • Contribute to defining and achieving project success metrics.

  • Act as a leader, advocate and team member working alongside one or more agile development team

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working with and managing cross-functional relationships within a large, fast-paced organization.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a technical or analytical field

  • Basic understanding of technical terminology related to software applications & infrastructure

  • Experience with customer advocacy, process improvement, and analytical analysis are all pluses

  • Familiarity or interest in sports betting industry and product landscape is a strong plus

  • Experience working with Scrum/Agile is required

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Tableau is required 

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 81,800.00 USD - 102,200.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
