THE JOB:

At MGM Resorts International, we continue to shape the future of entertainment while ensuring our financial systems remain strong, secure, and innovative. We’re looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our high-impact Treasury team. This role is critical in managing cash flow across our operations and optimizing the guest payment experience across resorts and casinos.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage day-to-day cash operations, ensuring proper liquidity across all business units.

• Support casino and resort payment processes, including credit card acceptance and customer cash access.

• Monitor and resolve interchange downgrades while driving initiatives to minimize fees.

• Maintain and enhance vendor relationships with payment processors, gateways, and banking partners.

• Optimize cash access systems (hardware, software, and fee structures) to improve efficiency and guest experience.

• Develop and maintain financial and operational performance analytics for Treasury activities.

• Champion process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, security, and scalability across Treasury functions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, payments, or related financial functions.

• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to research and implement solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.

• Detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and intellectual curiosity around finance concepts.

• Preferred: Experience with payment processing/fintech, ERPs, and banking systems.
