The Senior Affiliates Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the affiliates program for our gambling operations in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in affiliate marketing within the gaming industry, demonstrating a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive affiliate growth.

We are looking for a driven Senior Affiliates Manager with a passion for affiliate marketing and the gaming industry. What you will work on

  • Develop and implement the affiliate marketing strategy to maximize revenue and enhance brand presence in the Mexican market.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate partnerships, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and support to drive performance.
  • Analyze affiliate performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, and product) to align affiliate campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and identify new affiliate channels and partners.
  • Negotiate contract terms with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate managers to achieve departmental goals.

What you bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, particularly within the gambling or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican gambling market and its regulations.
  • Proven track record of developing successful affiliate programs and partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
