In Kansas City, we have an office with an Engineering team that supports our sought-after solutions for turnkey projects and contracted power.
And our worldwide service centers ensure local service expertise near our customers. Our expanding service footprint includes Phoenix, Buenos Aires, New Brunswick, and additional locations in Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
Position Summary
As a remote, PROENERGY Senior Account Manager based in Europe, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for LM gas turbine overhauls, repairs and termed services agreements, growing, and managing multiple accounts at senior levels of any given client organization and must be able to identify potential business opportunities using existing relationships, industry knowledge and market research. Consultative selling proficiency and fostering lasting client relationships are required. Add value to all commercial aspects of deals including but not limited to terms and conditions, pricing, costs sheets, client billings, proposal preparation, company branding and associated items. Extensive client interaction to conduct, hold, schedule, strategize and meet with clients. Utilize provided Miller Heiman strategic selling tools for outside sales.

Position Responsibilities
- Create a strong pipeline of clients and prospects
- Drive large Sales / Account growth with repeat and increased market share
- Actively market PROENERGY services through a consistently high volume of activity
- Maintain and update, with high levels of accuracy, the PROENERGY CRM system
- Experienced in selling gas turbine services and termed service agreements, with a proven track record of sales
- Cultivate strong relationships at C level, VP, Director business levels
- Regularly attend and serve on boards of professional industry associations related to Gas Turbine - Energy Business
- Maintain expected revenue dollars and average gross margin percentage to meet deadlines and targets
- Educate and present PROENERGY services to clients and prospects
- Available to be regularly away from remote office, significant Travel is required, as position and business requirements determine
Required Qualifications
- A Degree in Business or related field, or 5+ years direct work experience in a Sales Account management capacity, including skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
- Must have a good understanding of gas turbine fundamentals
- The ability to speak multiple European languages would be an advantage, fluent in English written and oral is a requirement
- Must exhibit high levels of initiative
- Must have full clean UK / European driving license and valid passport
- Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Manages stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- UK / European work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa
- Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks
