ENTER THE GAME

As a cybersecurity referents Manager, you will join the Global Security teams, to:

  1. Define and drive the security vision across business and technology roadmaps, ensuring security requirements are anticipated and embedded by design.
  2. Propose a vision on security features that need to be included in Betclic roadmaps.
  3. Lead and support security referents by onboarding with development teams to provide expert advisory.
  4. Promote continuous improvement of security processes and practices.


YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Cybersecurity Referents, aiming for a high-performance culture and continuous skill development.
  • Defining team objectives, Roadmaps, KPIs, and maturity indicators within the Security Referent Team
  • Ensuring consistent security practices across projects.
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex security issues and decisions within the tech & business teams.
  • Promoting a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented security culture across the organization and security-by-design principles across all project teams.
  • Pointed as the main point of contact for the other security teams in regards with Cybersecurity Referents matters.
  • Overseeing and coordaining security risk assessments for projects in an agile context.
  • Contributing to and validating project security documentation.
  • Acting as a security lead and advisor within project squads, ensuring security requirements are defined and validated during fundamental architecture and design reviews

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in management, with a strong technical background
  • You possess strong understanding of security and technical skills, with the great ability to work as a transversal team.
  • You are recognized for your ability to mentor engineers, build career paths, and recruit and develop talent in fast-paced environments.
  • You have a proven leadership or managerial role, ideally managing security teams in agile environments.
  • You are able to prioritise tasks and structure your work with a rigorous approach.
  • You are highly proactive, pragmatic, and able to adapt yourself to tech and business context.


WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Sophie – Global Security Director. Finally, Sébastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
