Playtech‘s Security unit is looking for a proactive Security Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives across Playtech’s global infrastructure.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Lead end-to-end initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of security projects (Cloud & System Security)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Security, IT, Product teams, Infrastructure ) and external vendors to ensure timely and secure project delivery.
  • Manage project scope, timelines using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Support security assessments, audits, and due diligence processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and security practices.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Have 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of security principles, technologies, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
  • Possess proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Are proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
  • Have Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.

SECURITY TEAM
Our Security Unit is a diverse and fast-paced department of approximately 70 professionals located across several European countries. We are responsible for protecting over 30 production and non-production sites, ensuring the security and resilience of our company’s infrastructure.

Within this unit, the Security PMO Team—a focused group of three—plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of security-related projects. We ensure alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, we help shape and execute initiatives that strengthen our security posture.
