ENTER THE GAME

As a member of the Governance, Risks and IT Compliance team, you will join the Global Security team under the supervision of the GRC Manager and contribute to strengthen the security awareness and communication program across the Group.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Security Awareness & Communications Apprentice to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Security Awareness Program. You will help strengthen employees' cybersecurity culture by creating engaging awareness initiatives and coordinating internal communication campaigns.

This role combines project management, content creation, communication, and stakeholder engagement, making it an excellent opportunity for someone interested in cybersecurity governance and/or internal communications.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Support the redesign and continuous improvement of Betclic’s Security Awareness Program.
  • Identify, evaluate, and curate relevant cybersecurity awareness content from internal and external sources.
  • Coordinate the deployment of awareness content across the organization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on participation and feedback.
  • Create communication materials such as newsletters, intranet articles, email campaigns, posters, videos, and other digital assets.
  • Assist in organizing security events, workshops, and awareness sessions.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting related to awareness and communication activities.
  • Collaborate with HR, Internal Communications, and other business and tech teams.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

  • You are a Master’s student in Cybersecurity (a governance or risk management speciality would be nice), Communications or a related field., looking for a 12-month apprenticeship.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • You have strong interest in cybersecurity and digital risk awareness.
  • You have a creative mindset with the ability to understand various technical concepts
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft 365 and collaborative corporate tools; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally and have great interpersonal skills
  • You are curious and autonomous in your work

A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) that helped you develop a good understanding of how a company operates would be a plus.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, an HR member will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Elise, GRC Manager, who will be your future mentor.

Finally, we will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
